At Lost Files NYC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
